Ollie Speedy Deck

17 year old Kimberley BC Skater Ollie Speedie (yes, that's his real name) was always breaking his decks. Before legendary board builder Jody Wilcox began working with him to build a board that Ollie would not be able to break. Together they created a construction method that is far lighter, has more pop and that regularly outlasts Ollie's trucks. The result of this R&D is the 6 ply Ollie Speedy Skate deck. Made in Kimberley B.C. Ollie Speedie skateboards are high quality boards featuring 6 ply Hollow Tech construction, The second ply is wrapped in fiber glass along with the very top. The boards are made with epoxy resin rather than the resin normally used in skateboards. This allows these boards to retain shape and pop better and also makes them water resistant. These boards are lighter, stronger and more durable overall than normal skateboards.
