Beefcakes Rectangular Slide Pucks - Beefcake Skate

Use Beefcakes to keep your beefy cake off of the ground! Fast sliding high quality slide pucks made from the finest Albertan beef (UHMW). Comes in all sorts of shapes and sizes and thicknesses. These are the favorite puck in our local scene. Great upgrades, replacements for stock pucks and they are perfect for an easier DIY glove making experience.

Patties and diets are smaller and lighter than most standard pucks. They work well with risers or for people with small hands or those that want a minimal puck for dancing or distance skating where sliding with hands down is not intended. 

Fatties are a slight bit wider than most standard slide puck sizes. They make a great replacement. The 3.1oz and 4.8oz fatties are huge! They will last forever but might be a bit much for many riders.

Beefcakes are standard rectangular shaped pucks and are the most popular in BC. We offer them in different thicknesses. Beefcakes are standard half inch and the beefier versions are a whole lot extra at ¾ inch. Thicker pucks will last longer and don't need risers. Best for big ol' guys with big ol' hands because they are beefy and have some heft. But that's not rule, beefcake give you options to ride whatever you want.

Slide pucks attach to the palm of specially made slide gloves. They allow a rider to control falls, to stabilize themselves in corners, and when sliding to slow down. Helmets and pads are great during an impact, but pucks are the only preventative safety gear, they can help to prevent the impact from happening.
