Longboard Backstops are mounted over your back truck on flat downhill Skateboard decks. They give you a wedge to place under your foot. It increases contact with the board when in racing positions like tucking and cornering. It greatly reduces feet from slipping in corners. The stops are made of urethane which helps them confirm to your deck. They are compatible with standard hardware and Rogers Brothers hardware. They can also be glued to your deck. Griptape is to be applied to the top of the Backstop.
